Awesome experience years ago when they were able to make time to move all my large furniture. They squeezed my small job into their busy day and everything was moved without any damage to the furniture or walls. Super experience, friendly, knowledgeable staff and very memorable as I just googled them to recommend to a friend again.

Dan and the team with Carlos and John made our move day fantastic. They drove out to Mississauga, packed us up, and drove back to Grand Bend and unpacked us. The guys were super positive and friendly and could not do enough to please us. Loved the professionalism, Covid friendly approach and care they took in getting us to our new place. Great movers that we would highly recommend.

Total lack of communication. Once I had verified that we would like to book our move, I was told we were booked in and no deposit was required. A few weeks later I sent a follow up message asking for an email confirmation because Kijiji can be unreliable. It took 1.5 weeks to get a response and I had to try Kijiji, Facebook and texting to get a response. The response verified we were indeed booked for May 30th. Then the week before our move I sent a few messages to follow up about where to park our car, preferences for what to do with pets, etc and I literally got radio silence. Imagine my surprise

I contacted the Total moving in April 2017 to move my furniture from a two-bedroom apartment in London, ON, to a town house in Ottawa. They are professional. I paid 20% deposit and signed the contract two weeks before the moving date. They disassembled the bed, dresser, and dining set in London and loaded all the boxes. They were so polite and organized. When they arrived Ottawa, they unloaded the boxes and put them in the rooms I asked. They did not complain about anything. It was a very rainy day. Everyone knows how difficult it is to do the moving when it rains.

A great company. These guys really seem to love their job and it shows in the way they do it. No bad language or gripping about the big items. Very friendly and accommodating. I will most definitely use these guys again and recommend them to anyone I know who is moving. Lowest price but highest quality. Thanks for everything Dan and crew!!
