My husband and I called better windows and doors wondered if the showroom was open cause of Covid. The woman on the phone said yes, so I told her when we would be there. So we went and she gave us a book and some papers and she said we could put our contact info so a sales representative would call, but as soon as we got there we felt like we were inconveniencing her. Not a very welcoming atmosphere .

One of our windows had obviously had a broken seal, as there was moisture or a film between both panes of the glass. Just the other day my wife and I, had noticed that Better Windows & Doors Company were working on a house on our street replacing all of the windows. I attended the residence where the work crew was in the process of removing/installing windows. I approached the site foremen who was eating lunch and I advised him of my predicament. Without hesitation, he sprung up and went through a stack

From the moment Barry came to our home to measure and provide a quote to the professionalism of the entire installation crew, we can't thank you enough for doing a fantastic job installing our windows most recently, and our doors in the past. From Anita & Kathleen in the office, to the sales and installation crews, everyone was great to deal with. Dave and crew (Nick, Mike, McKay, Noah and others) were very conscientious and respectful on site. Excellent prices, excellent customer service! We are extremely happy and wouldn't hesitate to refer Better Windows and Doors. If you are considering a new
