Services include inspections, targeted spraying, and exclusion techniques to protect homes year-round.
Commercial Pest Control
Commercial Pest Control programs address infestations in workplaces through customizable monthly, quarterly, or annual plans. We focus on compliance with health regulations while minimizing operational disruption. Treatments include facility-wide inspections, targeted interventions, and preventive measures to maintain pest-free environments for staff and customers.
Cottage Pest Management
Cottage Pest Management offers seasonal treatments to protect seasonal properties from pests during peak activity periods. Our services include exterior spraying for spiders, ants, and wasps, as well as interior treatments for cluster flies and rodents. This ensures cottages remain pest-free during summer use.
Spider Extermination
Spider Extermination targets both indoor and outdoor infestations with exterior spray treatments and habitat modification. We focus on eliminating webs around homes and cottages while addressing underlying attractants like moisture and insect populations. Treatments are scheduled seasonally for optimal effectiveness.

Thanks to Splat for coming within days to check out the critters in the attic. Laura and Emily were knowledgeable about the issues we were experiencing. They discussed the various programs that would take care of the problems and we would definitely recommend them.
