After we've completed your Discovery Call with Michelle, we'll have you fill out our detailed Design Discovery Questionnaire and book our initial Design Strategy Session.
Full Service Design

Everything AND the kitchen sink without lifting a finger. From our initial consultation where we will discuss your needs, budget, and ideas, RSI will put each and every piece together from design concept, project management, and implementation, all the way to final styling. Once your Design Strategy Session is completed, each space will be priced on a per project basis.

Our approach to designing our client's homes is both collaborative and highly organized. We pride ourselves on following a "no surprise" 15 step process (narrowed down to 7 steps here) that allow us to stay on time and on budget with consistently beautiful results. The end goal is always to keep communication lines with our valued clientele open.

I called Michelle to help with some advice mid-kitchen reno. We had been managing it on our own but had gotten stuck with a few design issues that we weren't sure what to do about. Michelle asked for pictures and asked questions before she arrived to understand our tastes, budget and how we would use the space. When she arrived, she came prepared with multiple, really well thought out solutions. She walked us through them in laymen's terms, explaining the pros and cons of each potential solution. She brought some samples that really fit with what we had described. We went with one of the solutions

Michelle was extremely helpful with our renovations. She is super talented, friendly and was always easy to communicate with. Even though we hadn’t moved into our home (no furnishings for her to see first), she was able to read our personal style and made suggestions that were bang on! I have had several different Designers before we found Michelle. Michelle has now helped us with our home for at least 7 years on several different projects big and small including a master bathroom concept design, a master bedroom makeover, decorating projects, and now a large kitchen remodel. We implicitly trust Michelle as our Designer because she has impeccable listening skills, impeccable taste, and extraordinaire attention to detail. When there are project challenges, Michelle is there to the end to make sure you were happy with the result and that the details are delivered by all involved
