Drive from Surrey in a rainy day and they close at 430pm. I walked into the store at 420pm just to find out they are closed and wont help me choose anything. Even though I told them I came to choose and buy at the same time, they did. It allow me and said come back next day.

I recently worked at BC Brick as a yard guy driving forklift. Unfortunately the job just wasn't for me, however the owners, staff, and foreman were all very nice people. They were also understanding, and accommodating. This is not a toxic work environment at all, and it was very nice to be treated with kindness. I would recommend working for this company in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a friendly work environment.

Great place to be buying your supplies, friendly and patient staff, delivery service was absolutely great, the driver was so careful and meticulous, very experienced in what he does. Logan at the store was super helpful and helped us a lot, very enthusiastic, make sure you go and ask for him but all other staff are also friendly and superb. I noticed people complained about parking, if that's the case, go to Home Depot, you are not the right customer, people come here for quality and great service, you pay for what you get, seriously. Great family run business, another reason to support local business
